When the green trees turn crimson and orange, everyone in the South knows it’s time for fall foliage and SEC football. Wear your favorite team colors when you ride the rails of the old Alabama Mineral Railroad. There simply isn't a better way to enjoy the autumn season than in an enclosed or open-air coach! Caboose & locomotive options may also be available.
We will have the grill fired up.
Meal includes a Hamburger or 2 hot dogs, chips, soft drink or water for $10
We will also have our famous Funnel Cake Fries or Fried Apple Rings $5

National Veterans Day Parade

1:00pm - 4:30pm
Join us for the 79th National Veterans Day Parade, live and in person, along the streets of downtown Birmingham! The parade begins at 1:00pm, rain or shine!
Alabaster Christmas Parade
The parade will start at Long Lewis Ford on U.S. 31 and travel along U.S. 31 south until it reaches the old City Hall at Second Place Southwest. The parade will then travel along First Street Northwest until it reaches the Crunch Fitness shopping center near the intersection of Sixth Avenue Southwest.
Southbound traffic on U.S. 31 will be rerouted to the northbound side at 9:15 a.m. U.S. 31 North will become two lanes for North and Southbound traffic.
